addition of glyphicons does not work #14

we either need to add more glyphicon fonts or update bootstrap version, but most glyphicons are not usable currently. Note: I do not see this issue on local deployment.

might be relevant: downloadable font: rejected by sanitizer (font-family: "Glyphicons Halflings" style:normal weight:normal stretch:normal src index:2) source: hostname/esb-message-admin/bower_components/bootstrap/dist/fonts/glyphicons-halflings-regular.ttf
