statistics - add geoPath competition #8

add new subpage to statistic (or geoPaths) witch users-comparing geopaths 
statistics 

statistic may be calculated by geoPath's points. 
It should be done via separate table filled witch cron-calculated values 
because of server performance. methods calculating points for user are 
available in powerTrailBase.php
