Blockquotes were effectively unstyled.

Could you please satisfy the tests and rebase the branch and then update it with git push --force?

Hello @automaciej

I can't use this pull request because it is mixed with other changes.

Therefore I have isolated the blockquote style change and implemented it myself in the SCSS.

The change is now applied and this PR can be closed.
