Update numerical SS section to allow option of using FOC section as input into finding SS #11

Update numerical SS section to allow option of using FOC section as input into finding SS. This should be included as the numerical root finder algorithm at the moment usually takes an exact SS copy of the FOCs, which however has to be spelled out again using "_bar" notation.
