Highlights:

• Separate CP and CL bundles so they are independently queriable, and thus reduced the chance of mistakes.
• Allow provisioners to be paused.
• Add tags to applications for filtering.
• Add versions to applications so they can be referenced as abstract applications, and the application controller can manage versions within them. Also cuts down on a lot of repetative metadata etc.

Notes:

• Rolled back the cluster scheduler fix as it'll not upgrade cleanly, we need to force a name update as the KCP is immutable. Silly me!
