Three very different commit #13

I should have made probably 3 different pull request

the first one will read .org.gpg file in user-dir as .org, decrypting them when needed. The generated .el won't be encrypted, but you can now check private things in a public server
the second one change the sematic or sudo-edit. May be you just want to replace "p" by "P" in interactive to make this function work as expected
the last one is the solution of a nsty bug I had: i use gnis from git, and org-mode was loading part of gnus before the correct load-path was set, making gnus partly loaded from two different version.

Hi, thanks for the great patches.

I've recently created a much simplified version of the starter kit based off of Emacs24, see https://github.com/eschulte/emacs24-starter-kit.

This new starter kit should be easier to build, use and maintain. I would like to apply your first and third change to this new starter kit. Would you be-able to submit these changes against the new repo?

I failed to apply both patch on your new starter kit. As I won't be using Emacs 24 for some time, i not sur I will try do et again soon...

Fair enough,

When you do switch to Emacs24 I hope you try out the new version of the starter kit, I do think it is a much cleaner and more naturally extensible configuration.
