Support multi-display / speaker notes #37

This is something I haven’t implemented … yet.

It would be great to have epresent open 2 frames, so the main one could be put on a second display, and a secondary frame could stay on the laptop, showing helpful things like speaker notes (which could be in a specially-named drawer), timer, etc.

It seems like lentic could help here.

Thanks for considering this! I have actually implemented it in my fork at https://github.com/drghirlanda/epresent together with a bunch of other extensions. I don't have time for polishing and making a pull request right now (and I have second thoughts about some of the features), but you are welcome to look at the code.

Oh, nice – I’ll take a look and probably make some “push requests” to get it upstream 😄

Great, let me know if you have questions. I don't remember how well documented the code is, and it was my first elisp project so I am sure there is a lot of room for improvement.
