Emacs crashes when epresent-run is run from full-screen frame. #54

At least on OS X, I see this behavior. I tend to work in Emacs full-screened. But if I don’t exit that mode before epresent-run, Emacs crashes.

I made a change in the way epresent fullscreens the frame. Now it’s possible to epresent-run from a full-screen frame, but epresent-quit now crashes emacs (unless you exit fullscreen mode first).

On the plus side(?), this seems to happen any time a fullscreen frame is closed, so it’s not really an epresent issue, but should probably at least work around it.

Ok, somehow I was running an older version of Emacs than I thought. This is fixed, so closing it.
