Persistent identifier keypoint on metadata episode too early #36

In the metadata episode the key point To be FAIR, metadata must have a findable persistent identifier. is qouted. As the persistent identifier episode comes later this feels a bit early to mention it here.

Maybe it is clearer when we talk about the persistent identifier of the standard or ontology.
