Adds reveal.js (with escience style) and chapter markdown rendering to the new platform. Currently, reveal.js presentation markdown is indicated by using .pmd extension (otherwise nuxt-content will render it as a normal page).
There are still some issues with the escience style, and with the sizing/layout but otherwise the basic functionality is back.
