Enable a way to display learning objectives #26

We want to display the learning objectives and other metadata about the module contents. This should not be it's own chapter in the module but rather an extra button or sidebar that can slide out the learning objectives.

This issue was done as per #36. We decided that it would in the end just have its own chapter as we introduced the icons that clearly distinguish various types of chapters. The learning objectives chapter has its own icon: https://github.com/esciencecenter-digital-skills/NEBULA/blob/main/public/icons/info.svg
