Currently there are still some issues with layout:

[x] Unsorted lists do not render any ticks
[x] hyperlinks are not very clear
[x] different headings don't really show well
[x] slides headings are not centered
[x] module headings are not shown properly (should be rendered from module metadata in index.md)
[x] layout looks a bit dull/empty
