Create dataset tarball to be uploaded to Figshare #12

Backup for running the lesson without depending on online STAC catalogs and other services.

Just a thought on this: we could create a search.json file in a data folder with all the items linking to the relevant assets organised in subfolders. This way we would avoid having to mess around with paths to the assets, and the people skipping the data access episode could access the data exactly in the same way as people downloading data on-the-fly from the servers.
