Update usage of raster data #120

Closed fnattino closed 5 days ago

fnattino commented 1 week ago

Update of the lesson to reference the new raster dataset that is made available via the figshare repository. Using the results of the data access episode is still possible and mentioned in all episodes, but it becomes the second option.

What does this mean? If you have source files that require output and figures to be generated (e.g. R Markdown), then it is important to make sure the generated figures and output are reproducible. This output provides a way for you to inspect the output in a diff-friendly manner so that it's easy to see the changes that occur due to new software versions or randomisation.

The default is now to use the raster data files that are downloaded from figshare
