[x] Add data description in the index page
[x] Add data downloading instrution in the setup page
[ ] In each episode refer to the index page for data description
[x] all Eps: use data in the data folder

This is the task we should do in the very end. we should fill something in the setup page to intro how to get the data. And in each episode we should mention the setup page in the same way.
