Update the table of content

The order of the episode are currently not listed correctly. We can update them according to the discussed order in the meeting minutes doc

Episode 1-4: Background, stay the same Episode 5: Data access episode Episode 6: Intro to Raster Data in Python Episode 7: Intro to vector data Episode 8: Crop raster data Episode 9: Raster calculation in Python Episode 10: Calculating Zonal Statistics on raster Episode 11: Parallel raster computation Episode 12: Raster Time Series Data in Python

We need to:

• [ ] Make sure the episode .md files are listed with a correct order
• [ ] Remove redundant episodes.
