Fix #22. Partly fixed #24. Need new decision on the waterway/dike data.

Two comments: 1) When you plot the wells on the map with the red circles, the axis of the figure is changed from before and after. Might be better to fix that to the same as before so that the city is on the bottom left instead of the top left. 2) What do we want to do about the dikes? Do we keep that in the lesson for now but you don't teach it?
