Adapt the original Episode 7: raster calculation. This episode is put after the data cropping episode so the data volume will be easier to handle

Todo:

Teach reproject_match command (was in the reprojection episode) to align the resolution of differenct bands.
Add NDVI calculation to replace the CHM calculation
