Closing #32 and #51.

[x] Update the vector data loading of the crop fields with bbox argument.
[x] Add description on the assumption of the a-priori knowledge of CRS and bbox coordinats
[x] Mentioning fiona as the tool for large file inspection without reading.

Hi @fnattino, I updated the data loading for crop fields. Now I first load the data with a larger bounding box (takes about 15 seconds for me), and then crop it to a smaller region with .cx.
