Imporve the setup materials #66

During the 2022-11-21 workshop, we observed ~7 people came without a working environment. We can make the setup instruction better by making it simpler. Some potential improvements can be:

  1. Use Anaconda prompt for Windows, instead of GitBash
  2. Highlight a single solution instead of multiple alternatives.
