Exercise does not give enough instructions on how to work on Forked repo. GitHub actions are disabled, and the person who forks cannot see them in order to work on issue. We need to walk through instructions and make sure everything is clear.

In the continuous integration exercise the forking makes the automated tests not run automatically (only after push)
