In this PR I added a new exercise to the module publication.
I added this exercise as 6th and moved the reading section to last (7th position).
Main changes
In the exercise one fills out the JOSS checklist for a chosen software. I also used the list suggested here, this may need to be updated if we decide on another list of software.
