Add lesson to RSD #122

It would be great if we can add this lesson to the research software directory. Similar to https://research-software-directory.org/software/introduction-to-deep-learning-lesson .

It helps us show the impact we have with open-source lesson material development.

I actually don't agree that this should be in the RSD. It is not software.
