This PR will do the following:

Reorder modules and define new categories
Get ready for the upcoming Nebula version from https://github.com/esciencecenter-digital-skills/NEBULA/pull/71
Move the workshop table to the main level "masterclass" page and rename that to "workshops", getting rid of an extra file in the root dir and the masterclass nomenclature
