Slides headings #46

@JaroCamphuijsen and @raar1, in a previous version of NEBULA and examples therein, the presentations had a heading like:

# Presentation

## Author

### Date

I suspect that this is not the case anymore ? I am asking because I noticed @raar1 removing some of such headings. Also, the slides from sofware management plans have such heading but it looks that the final rendering is not adapted to cope with it.

This has been fixed by new NEBULA formatting.
