Testing presentation file extension #50

To render the presentation in the proper way, it should have extension .pmd instead of .md. Currenlty the testing module presentation still has .md as extension.

@JaroCamphuijsen. I addressed this issue already but just made a mistake and pushed directly to main. I am sorry for that. I will make a separate PR because what I can see the testing presentation deserves a bit of formatting.
