This PR closes #54 and closes #50.

Tasks

[x] Remove # Presentation, ## Author and ### Date fields from the presentation
[x] Add shorter titles
[x] Format figures
[x] Turn exercise 2 into a proper table
[x] Add extra content pages as per #32.

@JaroCamphuijsen. I took the change to also add content chapters as per #32. Not sure if you want to take a look at them.
