We should add a tab about citing software in the software citation module.

This should contain:

Discussions on what software to cite (research software relevant to the research) and when to cite it (any time you would also cite a paper)
Instructions how to cite when software has a CITATION.cff file
instructions how to cite when software doesn't have a CITATION.cff file
