Should contain:

• introduction
  • why software citation?
  • when and how to cite software (https://force11.org/info/software-citation-principles-published-2016/)?
  • software citation methods (bibtex file, readme section, codemeta, contributors.md)
  • why use citation.cff?
• citation.cff (creation, walk through format, )
  • (versioned) DOI for your software -> zenodo (link to publishing)
  • license (link to publish)
• citation.cff checker (maybe too technical? just as resource)
• exercise, create a citation.cff for your software

Use FAIR software workshop materials.
