In this PR (most) references are removed to the previous project (namely: EUCP). The logo has been replaced by one of the Netherlands eScience Center.
This PR also sorts the categories on the main page in a custom way. I could not figure out how to do this other than simply hard-coding them here in the index, so suggestions on how to improve on this are more than welcome!
