Add NLeSC slide layout #55

This PR changes the look of the slides to fit NLeSC style. The files have been copied from https://github.com/NLeSC/reveal-slides and adapted slightly to fit the context (e.g. objects that are out of frame in a fullscreen slide actually show up when the slide is embedded).

Another issue I see (but maybe not necessarily related to this PR) is that speaker notes do not work. If I press "S" it opens a new browser window which is empty and does not display the notes.

Looks very good! Other than the comment that it is perhaps not so great for maintenance and re-usability that we copied the reveal presentation in here. It would be nice if we could somehow import the code directly from the existing github repo and do our adaptations on top of the existing template.

Oh I would really like this, too. This may be something though to flag in the reveal-nlesc repository, with instructions on how to use the styling directly from the repository. In this case, I ended up needing to make a few changes to the styling, because objects were placed out of view in a presentation, but in our embedded setting, they suddenly show up outside of the frame of the presentation. So, simply importing the style from the other repo would not suffice...
