This PR contains an elaborate guide with instructions on how to contribute to this project, what elements are needed, and how to do this technically.
The Readme is also adjusted to refer to the contribution guide. The instructions on how to serve the page locally, originally on the Readme, are now in the contribution guide.
Because the Readme also referred to the license, I double checked and found that the CC-BY license was missing from the repository. I added it to the branch.
However, I am unsure how to apply the license exactly. There are e.g. screenshots of papers or websites, and the NLeSC logo also lives in this folder. I have added a blanket statement to exclude images from this license for now.
