Add exercises to publishing episode

1. An initial discussion (before presenting the slides) about the participants' experiences/knowledge on possible ways to publish software
2. An exercise where participants should pick a registry of their domain of choice from the software registry awesomelist and investigate what requirements software should adhere to, to be added to the registry.
