Intended audience #90

Is the intended audience of these training materials explicitly specified anywhere? It might be good to write this down so if anyone intends to re-use these materials they have this information available. (maybe it can just be a few lines on a section "Intended audience" in the README).

In #97 we are planning to implement a top window menu with an "about" section, where this would fit.
