Since #22 we no longer need tokens to run the OSM workflow. This means the .gitsecret folder is not necessary, nor the explanation about gitsecret on the README, nor do we need to set up an environment with .gitsecret in the CMD check.
Also while I edited the Actions, I altered the workflow so that it only runs once on a pull request (instead of twice; once for the PR and once for a push).
