select workshop and create files

Addresses #25 (but not the GUI-part, so that issue won't be closed with this PR).

In this PR:

• ~a destination-argument (folder) is added to the render_XX_doc function for files generated (comms/plan/debrief)~
• ~the create_files function now contains an option to create only specific documents (not used yet, but can be in future -- then again, do we really need this? maybe we should ditch this after all?)~
• a new function is added: workshop_activate, that takes data from the holy excel sheet that is processed with get_future_workshops:

  data <- read_from_drive()
  data <- get_future_workshops(data)
  workshop_activate(data)

~Some future improvement for this function:~

• ~verification of input data (currently not done).~
• ~add actual functional code for sharepoint folder and teams channel creation (being tackled in #23)~ DONE!
• ~there's no tests atm.~

There is still some work to be done with the file creation functions. For example, note that downloaded templates and created files all end up in the working directory. However, it is probably best to take this functionality up in #27...

I consistently get this warning message: Ingzfile(file, "rb") : cannot open compressed file '/Users/liekedeboer/Library/Application Support/AzureR/8d83ba2140a51fde0b9da054f011d61a', probable reason 'No such file or directory'

I have no idea! Looks like it's something Microsoft-related, but why or what? I didn't have this problem, fwiw.
