Disparity display & distance problem #4

The disparity image isn't correct which I want to pseudo it computed w/ opencv3-beta cuda

It's solved. Type of disparity in opencv w/ cuda is uchar

But the distance is wrong.

Fixed in 3d40981d6596c300a8e70b91d0fd93af964374db

BM algorithm GPU isn't scaled by 16.
