Make the spec available in HTML? #10

Would it be possible to provide the spec in HTML rather than just PDF & ODT?

Could perhaps utilise GitHub Pages for this, @esd-org-uk.

I can arrange for the spec to be uploaded here as a markdown file if someone can get it from the odt (or .docx) format into markdown. I've tried an automatic converter to markdown but the output is a bit scrambled and I haven't got time at present to tidy it up.
