Schemas hosted on behalf of the Local Government Association related to the the local government transparency code and other local open data initiatives.
It would be interesting for protest votes to be specifically reported on. Cases of this would include votes for "none of the above" or write in candidates. At the moment I believe that these would be tallied under BallotsRejectedUnmarked as they would be "unmarked or void for uncertainty".
Either the a new column should be added or the one above should be renamed BallotsRejectedUncertain to remove the implication that they were blank.
I appreciate that this request is probably beyond the scope of the schema implementers.
