ElectionResults - Guidance around Independent candidates #9

In the guidance about this new standard on p22, it mentions that when a candidate is standing as an independent that the term "independent" should be placed into the PoliticalPartyURI field, leaving the PoliticalPartyLabel blank.

Should this actually be the other way around? I've downloaded one of Leeds' recent election results datsets and that's certainly how they've dealt with it, which makes more sense to me.

I see the document has now been updated in v1.03 to fix this. Great stuff.
