first stab at py37 #124

Work in progress - PyGaze_supertest runs, but I lose sound when it tries to play the right channel only so something got broken there. Also, apologies for breaking your unusual tab stop convention. I will look into how to repair that.

Anyway, not at all ready to merge yet, just an update on how far I got so far.
