Sync pytribe.py of two different projects Pytribe and PyGaze Fix 2 problems in PyGaze version, -Fixation state always False -Timing issue, data loss at the end of trials

FYI, these two problems are originally discussed on the following post. The problems are fixed only on pytribe.py in project Pytribe but not in PyGaze. http://forum.cogsci.nl/index.php?p=/discussion/1105/theeyetribe-eyetracker/p1

Thanks for flagging this up! Hope you realise you weren't ignored, and you probably noticed that the issue was solved some time ago, in an independent commit. I did kinda forget to close this pull request, though. Closing it now :)
