Update toolchain and script #42

update to binutils 2.23.1, newlib 1.20.0, gcc 4.6.3, gcc linaro 4.6-2012.11, gdb 7.5.1, gdb linaro 7.5-2012.09, openocd 0.6.1 Toolchain built on Debian 6.0 for Linaro GCC and FSF GCC. arm7tdmi multilib support is not actived.

Merged beta branch that should make this pull request obsolete. Thanks for sending this over though. Please use beta branch for sending update requests in the future. :)
