Fixing bugs caused by undefined calls #2

Hi! These are the fixes I've implemented in case something goes undefined, as explained in https://github.com/esdoc2/esdoc2-plugins/issues/1.

Quick question: how does this go into npm, so when I install it, it gets automatically updated?

Hey, I just published the modified packages with lerna. You should be able to use them with npm now.
