Improve EScom link #194

SDScom currently can link to an Exposure Scenario file, but cannot relate Exposure Scenarios to Substances in the SDS.

ESCom identifies Exposure Scenarios with a UUID, and SDScom could refer to this UUID to allow linking substances to Exposure Scenarios. Most of the ESCom data outside the ExposureScenario is a duplication of SDS data, so this link would effectively allow to submit eSDS, albeit in two different files and formats.
