EnvironmentalHazard seems redundant #218

This relates to #168, #172 and #217.

EnvironmentalHazard being "Environmentally Hazardous" or empty seems superfluous. The information can be derived from GHS classification info or carrier specific data such as Marpol. Unlike mentioned in #172, this phrase is not printed in SDSs. Overall, I think it should be removed.
