Ingredient limit values missing #228

Is it possible that there is no place for ingredient limit values currently? The ones in section 8 (ControlParameters/OccupationalLimitValues and ControlParameters/BiologicalLimitValues have no reference to a substance, and the annotation clarifies that they are meant for the product as such. I would expect a similar structure in type Component. This information is necessary to understand why non-hazardous ingredients are listed in section 3 of the SDS. Agreement? Disagreeement? Suggestions?

Oh yes, there is a place: Component/ExposureControlPersonalProtection/ControlParameters !
