In an answer to a REACH helpdesk request to German BAuA, they are quite explicit to discourage any mentioning of certifications. They contradict the aims of shortness and avoiding information that claims "no harm" or other positive effects, according to REACH Annex II No. 0.2.4.
Thus, in type SDScom:OtherInformation (section 16 of the SDS), RegionEU/PositiveEcolabelling is at least questionable. It is more a technical specification that of relevance to safety. Arguably, eSDScom could submit such info and we should document in the annotation that this should not be printed in an SDS. But this would open the door for a lot of other certifications, so with the eSDScom scope in mind, I suggest to delete this.
