Consistent Naming: Rename fields under AdrRid/OtherInformation/* to not start with AdrRid #255

All other transport carriers (first and foremost IcaoIata, Imdg, RegionEU/Adn) use names like LimitedQty, while RegionEU/AdrRid/OtherInformation/AdrRidLimitedQty and its siblings repeat the carrier name in the field name. This was overlooked when moving to version 5.0 and should be cleaned up.

Whoops, misunderstanding! "AdrRid" is necessary here to clarify that the LQ applies to both ADR and RID, while other fields like tunnel restriction apply only to ADR (and are named accordingly). So while different, the naming is ok and this issue invalid.
