Integrate GHS rev. 8, 9, 10 #260

Currently, eSDScom stops at GHS revision 7 - which is the newest revision ever used in any implementation worldwide at this time. Nevertheless, it makes sense to integrate rev. 8 and 9 to prepare for regulatory updates.

GHS revision 10 was published in July 2023. South Africa (which eSDScom does not cover yet) is using newer revisions than 7, other regions are discussion this.
